The Enter Meditation movement has begun.
Two weekend’s ago we held the first Enter Meditation workshop—Enter the Present - and it was more than just a class.
It was a return to the present moment…
It was the start of a mission: to reclaim our attention, our peace, and our lives—from a world that constantly pulls us away.
In nature we explored:
Walking meditation
Moving meditation
Seated stillness
Third-eye insight
Mindful eating practice
Modern life keeps us distracted, disconnected, and drained. Enter Meditation exists to change that—one breath, one person, one community at a time.
I’m deeply grateful to everyone who came out, showed up fully, and shared their presence.
This work wouldn’t exist without you.
This was just the first step.
